Will it work on my phone system?
The 3100 is compatible with any telephone system that has a music-on-hold
interface.Look for the Music On Hold (MOH) input on your telephone system
(or look MOH up in your telephone manual)  By far, the easiest announcer to
add ON HOLD messaging and music to your telephone system.

How is my production loaded?
Put your customized on hold cassette into the player and
itautomatically loads your program on a digital chip.
Once the program is loaded the cassette player is not
used until you decide to  load a new message into the announcer.

How does it sound to my customers?
The new tone control gives you a broader range of sound, thus allowing the
bass and treble to maximize the 3100’s fidelity.

Will I ever lose the production?
Your ON HOLD production will never be lost  even after a power loss
because theproduction is stored and playing back via a digital chip NOT
via a tape. There is nothing to wear out or lose due to power outages.
The only time the message changesis when you decide insert a new
production into the player.
