• Use your telephone CALL CENTER (IVR) system by self guiding callers to pre-recorded messages by giving needed or often repeated information

The Solution                                     

• NAOH Studios will work with you to develop a script for the call center.
• Upon script approval, we produce your  announcements using our voice talent.
• If you prefer, we can use a "voice" from your business and record them remotely and edit out the blemishes.
• NAOH will upload the voice prompts directly into your telephone call center via your telephone administrator or per instructions send to us.
• NAOH Studios can deliver sound via the internet in MP3, WAV, AU  or any format that is native to your phone system. (CD or cassette tapes can be send to you as archives).
• We offer a very responsive turnaround time for all productions, usually 24 hours or less.
