The ISP 4400  is a digital player which interfaces with existing speaker and paging systems for in store announcements or promotions, The device allows for background music to fade in and out during messages. Additionally, the device can interface with a telephone system to play the same messages and music, thereby also serving as an on-hold device. All programs are downloaded into the digital electronics of the unit via a built in tape player.

The DVR 1800 is a solid state digital player used for answer only applications. The device will answer the telephone, play the message that has been programmed in, and then drops the line. Audio messages can be recorded locally using a handset jack or a tape player, or can be downloaded remotely over a touch tone phone. All other operating parameters of the 1800 are programmed remotely with a touch tone phone.
